Beautiful and functional, these ceramic plant markers are the perfect way to welcome spring!  All pieces are handmade and one of a kind featuring textures created by using vintage doilies, lace, and other unique patterns.  These plant markers are ideal for identifying herbs, designed to withstand sun, rain, and soil conditions without rotting, rusting, or fading.

Plant markers will hold up through the elements, but should be taken inside for the winter.
