If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer online returns and free in-store returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our returns and refund policy:

  • Clearance and discounted items.
  • Seasonal and holiday merchandise.
  • Bath/body/beauty items, including but not limited to soaps, lotions, hats and jewelry.
  • Books.
  • Drop Ship items.
  • Special/Custom Order items. (Please note that special order furniture can be cancelled or returned less the 20% non-refundable deposit that the purchaser paid upon placement of order.)
  • Gift cards.

In addition:

  • Returned items must still have tags on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use.


To initiate an online return, please email us at with your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.

  • In the event that your order arrived damaged in any way, please email us at within 30 days of order receipt with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these returns on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.

You will then receive a return label via email. Once we receive the order back in prime condition, we will initiative a refund less the shipping fees.
