Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer online returns and free in-store returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our returns and refund policy:

  • Clearance and discounted items.
  • Seasonal and holiday merchandise.
  • Bath/body/beauty items, including but not limited to soaps, lotions, hats and jewelry.
  • Books.
  • Drop Ship items.
  • Special/Custom Order items. (Please note that special order furniture can be cancelled or returned less the 20% non-refundable deposit that the purchaser paid upon placement of order.)
  • Gift cards.

In addition:

  • Returned items must still have tags on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use.

ONLINE RETURNS

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

To initiate a return, email info@linenandclove.com to receive a return label. Once we receive the pristine item back, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price minus the cost of shipping.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@linenandclove.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
