Linen & Clove Store Pick Up

Store pick up is available for customers who are local to the greater Dane County area.    

• Available date and time for pickup can be selected at time of order checkout.
• Pickup days are Wednesday through Friday from 10:00am – 5:00pm and Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm at our Linen & Clove Store.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be fulfilled Monday - Friday.
• You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to be picked up.
• All orders must be picked up within 7 days from the selected pickup date, otherwise the order will automatically be canceled, and a refund will be issued to you.
• Items purchased online and picked up at the store are subject to the same return policy as all other Linen & Clove products.

Note:  If you selected Store Pickup and completed your order but decide you would like your order shipped, please contact our customer service team at info@linenandclove.com. We will update your order with the addition of the shipping cost and then ship out your package.
