Orchard Apricot Spoon Preserves

Recently named a 2023 Good Food Award Winner!  Handcrafted in the Pacific Northwest using heritage French techniques, Girl Meets Dirt's artisanal small-batch preserves showcase the finest seasonal fruit and unique flavors. This customer favorite is made with sun-ripened apricots from a family orchard just over the Cascade Mountains, and enhanced with the almond-like essence of apricot kernels. Slow-simmered in just six copper pots with organic lemon juice and cane sugar, the perfectly soft-set jam adds vibrant character to everything from toast and biscuits to cheese, charcuterie, marinades and sauces.  7.75 ounces.
